My name is Precious Martin, and I am the CEO of You vs You Consulting LLC. I began You vs You Consulting LLC to provide a service to those who are looking to start up a business, start a non-profit or assist those who already have an existing business but desire to structure their business affairs. I have a passion to help those who desire to start something great but just do not know where to begin. 

    When I started my first business in 2018, I found it very difficult to find the services and resources that I needed to help me become successful in entrepreneurship. I had no clue how to startup a business or how to have my business affairs in order legally. The passion that I have to educate is directly associated with the many difficulties I faced while trying to find what I needed to be successful in the area of business. I dedicated my time taking classes and studying so that I could fully understand what it takes to operate a business or non-profit with the hope that I would be able to help others.  I can now provide my clients with all of the knowledge I have acquired on how to successfully start your first business or non-profit or structure your existing business.

   I often think of the word prosperity and what It means to me. Most associate the word prosperity with monetary wealth, but I like to think that prosperity begins with knowledge which in turn creates the wealth.  My goal is not to simply sell you a service but to provide you with education so that you can be well informed and can determine what would be right for your new journey.
